Terms of service
Every MAISON PIN timepiece comes with a 1 year warranty valid from the original date of purchase, when bought directly from us or one of our official stockists. The warranty covers any mechanical fault or manufacturing issue that may occur during normal usage.
The warranty does not include daily wear and tear, water damage, battery replacements, damage or aesthetic changes to the case, crystal or strap.
The warranty comes into effect if you have a copy of the receipt, this is required for proof of purchase. Once you have returned your watch to us we will inspect and look to diagnose and fix the problem. If it cannot be fixed, a replacement will be issued.
