Refund policy
All returned items must meet the terms of our return policy, or they will be sent back to you at your expense.
What's not eligible for return? We are not able to offer returns on crowdfunded items or pre-ordered items sold at a discount.
If you are not happy with your MAISON PIN product we are happy to provide a refund or exchange of goods within 14 days of purchase (minus shipping costs). Returns will only be accepted if the item is in new, unused and re-sellable condition, with the original packaging and any protective coverings and product information.
Please note, MAISON PIN will not take responsibility for any Customs Charges incurred on returned items and all shipping costs, duties and taxes need to be paid for by the sender. If goods are faulty or damaged we'll pay your return postage. Please refer to our warranty section for more information.
Returns that are soiled, damaged or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. To initiate a return please contact us below for more info. Refunds for returned merchandise will be made within 2 weeks of the return of the product, to the original purchaser’s credit card.
